The Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) is a statewide enterprise resource planning application that provides financial (FIN) functionality for all entities, boards, and commissions. The Supplier (SO) module is used to maintain supplier records in the statewide supplier database to enable accurate payment processing.
The myOhio site and OAKS Financials (OAKS FIN) are state of Ohio computer applications, which may be accessed and used only for official state business by authorized personnel. State employees access OAKS applications based on assigned security roles through the myOhio.gov website.
Enter State of Ohio User ID (8-digit employee number) in the Username field.
Enter Password.
Click Log
In.
Click the My
Workspace tab.
Supplier Information - used to search, add, and/or update suppliers.
Define Supplier User - used to search, add, and/or update eBid information.
